John Child reports that Mick Petter has died.
“Alas, we found in the Chi Observer this week the Death announcement for Mick Petter (Michael John). He passed away on the 19th December aged 92.
The announcement was reported by his wife Edna. Mick had been in a care home since last May.
The funeral will take place on Friday 12th January 2023 (at 1.00pm) at Arun Crematorium.
It is ironic that Mick and Geoff Wills were the closest of friends since they first met when they started at CHSB and both passed away within a year of one another.”
